How much has Brook really improved since the Carson Jones fights??????

He didn't need much improving, skill wise.

It was his dedication that needed work, that fight was crucial as it gave him the wake up call he needed after running out of gas in 6 rounds. From then on he got a proper nutritionist, strength coach and has been much more serious, and that has showed.

He tried to get fights with better guys but most of them said no. I don't think knocking out average guys has hurt him. He can really fight and I believe the Brook fight will prove this to the guys who say he is nothing but hype. When you are as good as he is you are going to get lots of hype.

He improved so much it took hugging to beat Porter where as Thurman took the fight to the man who concussed Pauli.

Brook did hold a lot in that fight.
