    I think it's more of him improving his timing but that's about it for me.

      This. I agree he just looks sharper and more focused....but not really improved.....

        I think he has improved a lot since then. He hasn't improved enough to beat Spence in my opinion. I think Spence will give him his 2nd KO loss.

          Spence has nice speed and reflex's..but all those years of fighting lower comp has hurt him

                  He didn't need much improving, skill wise.

                  It was his dedication that needed work, that fight was crucial as it gave him the wake up call he needed after running out of gas in 6 rounds. From then on he got a proper nutritionist, strength coach and has been much more serious, and that has showed.
