He got well beaten tonight but he will fight on because he loves to fight. Our sport would be a lot better if other fighters had his heart or an ounce of his humility.
And this is why he is one of my favourite fighters. Such a sound guy.

Weird tho, ain't it? This kinda **** always makes me wonder how many wild card talents there are out there who just didn't get the shot or the lucky break at the right time. That said I just don't think Indongo is really all that good - tricky, awkward and unorthodox with that length and a good engine making him a difficult opponent, but hell he was winging many of his shots so wide I thought he was trying to fan Ricky to death for a while.

... I remember him (in that Beltram fight) fighting with his jaw broken till the final bell...

Red k'd for lying and ******ity.... no one has said he can beat Crawford, absolutely NO ONE nor has anyone said it would be a great win of any kind. Indongo is good but he's not on Crawford's level.

I never Red K anyone but you deserve it for your endless trolling and ****** remarks with no evidence.

Yeah man, like they say styles makes fights. I missed the weigh in so I went by boxrec to size these guys up and I think they screwed me ; it says Indongo is 5′ 10½″ with a 71 inch reach, virtually the same as Ricky Burns however today I tune in and see a guy that looks like two divisions higher!!! OMG.

            • Indongo looked huge in there.
Not much skill, but him vs. Crawford should be fun.

I think it's a good fight for him if he wants to cash out.

I think he could do better. Surprisingly Burns has been in the game so long I think he has some chips on the table. Maybe a Broner or Garcia fight? I don't know too much about Davies and how it would sell in Europe though.

                  • Indongo will be a great test for Crawford. I think he has a fair shot.

Indongo will only keep the title warm for a minute or two because the worse thing a fighter can do is throw a looping jab of all punches! Bad technique and he leaves himself wide open with crazy misses. Crawford is levels above, and there are contenders who will lift Indongo's titles without a doubt.
