Saying Ali knocked Liston out just doesn't do justice to the situation.
Idk what was going on with Liston he was a mob hoe

At the time of the interview Ali wasn't as big as he would later become. Ali was asked in a BBC interview in the 70s if he could have beat Marciano and he said it would be hard to tell and mentioned the fact that Marciano would hit your arms, elbows, everywhere and would grind you down. He didn't say whether he would win or not. Don't believe the revisionist crap trying to make it look like Marciano fought cans, he was one of the greatest heavyweights of all time.

Marciano was prejudice & couldn't see black fighters rising to the top suck as patterson, listen, Moore, Muhammad Ali ( which he refused to say) so he come-back was fear of losing to an inferior race. A nightmare.

Many salty people of African decent and Mexican descent voted for Trump. The problem is using color of skin to debate protest or vandalize. People are people and our blood is the same color. We are not a race we are human beings. Ali didn't think of race anymore after he retired, he was a man of God who touched peoples souls. What an evolution of a great human being. We should all try to be like Ali.

It's sad to see how much criticism and outright blatant claims to his racism on this thread. So, Rocky cried after he beat Joe Louis and showed true regret at beating him and then Joe says, "Don't worry. I knocked out a lot of guys myself." This guy hated the situation to the point that he cried before the man in his dressing room and never spoke a bad word about him and he's perceived as a racist for giving an honest assessment of Clay at the time? I think the jump to conclusion mat is in heavy use around here. As you say, Rocky was one of the best. He knocked out six of Rex Layne's teeth with one shot. And Layne was no can. Can you imagine losing six teeth on one shot? That's some killer power.
