Just to reminds you that you are the one who started that "see you after the fight but please don't disappear"...
If it was Muay Thai (who the one who punch & kick harder is the logical favorite) I will be worried but it's boxing... Ward by UD, Ward will be more cautious at the beginning and Kovaleva can't have a better stamina than last time and I will not be surprised if Kovaleva will be disqualified because he will be frustrated (more) early in the fight than last time
IMHO the only thing Kovaleva can do better in the rematch is with his body shots but Ward will handle that easily, more inside work from Kova is all good for Ward... (and Kovaleva don't have Beterbiev body shots)
You got yourself a bet buddy.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on Kovalev. Do you think he is a good boxer or do you view him as another Maidana or Trinidad? A guy with limited skills but heavy hands?
I've always liked Ward and bet on him to win the Super Six tournament. I even predicted a total shut-out over Carl Froch. Unlike Froch, Kovalev has good boxing skills and can move really well - I usually judge good boxers on their footwork.
So me picking Kovalev to dethrone Ward is NOT because I dislike Ward. Ward might be a little more resilient but he will not be able to avoid Kovalev over 12 rounds.
We shall see though.

Andre Ward is the truth
I first came across Andre Ward in the super six middle weight tournament. In an interview during the tournament Andre Ward said "I want to be a master of my craft." He proceeded to clean out the entire super middle weight division. I never doubted him again.

Kovaleva is a tremendous boxer/puncher no doubt and of course he hit harder than Ward, and of course he's at another level than Froch, that's why Ward is so great because he can beat dudes who have all physical advantages.... but kovaleva is not smart enough and mentally strong enough to beat Ward
"Maidana or Trinidad? A guy with limited skills but heavy hands?"
If that make you happy to believe that I think Kovaleva has limited skills but heavy hands or that he's at the level of Maidana, so good for you.. but comparing Maidana to Trinidad is another BS example imo (and you should stop making those ****** comparisons each and everytime, boxers are different, technically, physically, mentally, speed wise etc, and then you have bad or good nights, injuries etc)Last edited by BoxHec; 04-25-2017, 01:48 AM.

Dude, you missed my points totally.
I was asking what you thought of Kovalev's since most people assume he's only got power.
Also, there is no such thing as "having a bad night". When a fighter loses it means he lost to a better fighter. Fighters have enough time to prepare for their fights so there should be no excuses to their losses. Take your loss like a gentleman and go back to the drawing board. It's that simple.
If you are injured, do not fight. Simple
If you don't have the same speed as your opponent, find their weakness and exploit it. It's that simple.
Almost all of Floyd's opponents were either stronger or bigger than him but he made up for it with his skills. It's really that simple.
Anyhow, we are a month a way from Kovalev vs Ward and you are right, we don't have to bet anything. I'll be here after the fight.

In your previous post you are the one that mentioned that a fighter can loose a fight if he was injured so I just responded to something that you yourself started. Go back and look at your replies to me.
We don't have to talk but I will send you a message right after Kovalev beats Ward
