Yeah Hunter opened himself up for that one, lol. It's like man.........your fighter should have lost that fight, he got dropped, out punched, and was hugging like his life depended on it. If Kov was drunk, what does that say about your best pupil?

Hugging and trying to survive! Ward knew he lost, he was the great black hope, the last of the usa fighters who are able to at least compete, albeit by holding with the superior European and Russian fighters.

Ward is severely overrated and always has been.

This is getting tedious very fast! Duva & co are acting like this was the worst robbery in boxing history. It wasn't. It was a close fight that could've gone both ways. Only Kovalev - and of course Ward - is to blame for his loss. Ward adjusted, Kovalev couldn't and that was that.
Kovalev, Duva and Jackson should concentrate on correcting the mistakes and prepare better instead of using energy on talking smack. Talking smack doesn't win you fights.

Suck it up and do it better in the rematch.
