Look, if a Mikey fan is gonna clown on Lomachenko for losing the second fight of his pro career, do you not think that it's fair to bring up Mikey's second career pro fight? Or how about his fourth pro fight when he was fighting a dude who had 4 wins in 19 fights? Still too early to talk Mikey's pro career? Okay how about his 7th fight when he fought a 12-21 fighter? Still unfair? What about his ninth fight then when he took on 12-40-4 Reggie Sanders? Or his 12th fight against a 5-7 opponent?

Let me know when it's fair to bring up Mikey's level of opposition.

Some of y'all act like I'm the one who brought the **** up first. I don't have any problem at all with Mikey, or the fact that he took his time moving up the ranks by fighting absolute cans for the first dozen or whatever opponents he faced. A lot of fighters do that ****. I think Mikey's a phenomenal, blue chip fighter. But when a motherf**ker tries to **** on Lomachenko for barely losing a split decision to a former two division world champion with 55 pro fights under his belt and who outweighed Lomachenko by 20 f**king pounds, in his 2nd pro fight, of course I or who the f**k ever is going to bring up Mikey's Brian Sutherland level opposition that he faced for the first third of his professional boxing career.
    Ether.

    Bravo

And not to mention the dozen low blows that Salido somehow got away with.

Meanwhile Mikey Garcia, in his second career pro fight, was fighting the 0-1 Chad Andrew Gannigan, who finished his esteemed career with a career record of 0-3.

Oh, and this. Through their first nine fights of their pro careers, here are the combined records of their opposition:

        Lomachenko: 267-25-13
        Mikey: 45-104-15

Mikey Garcia fought ONE guy with a winning record in his first nine fights...and that guy, a guy by the name of Gabriel Rangel, had a record of 2-0-1.

        Come on now bruh.
LOL. This sums it all up very well. End thread. Mikey's going down. He can punch his water at his house after the defeat.

its a fight your gonna get hit as displayed in [EXHIBIT A] the picture below (Salido Hitting Lomachenko) but the goal of a boxing match is to win and lomachenko wasnt skilled enough to defeat the veteran Salido.

I don't doubt a few strayed low just how it plays out sometimes in boxing. I just wonder why lomachenko skills didnt prevail? surely someone so skilled in fundamentals could keep an aging veteran boxing at distance and dictate the pace and distance a fight is fought. The better man won that night imo.
