I remember someone on here berating other posters who thought the retirement talk was legit. Saying something along the lines of "anyone with half a brain knows ward is just using it to negotiate". This is pretty much why I despise Ward's personality. Unpopular fighter, who took a long break, came back fought 2 absolute bums and got overpaid, barely squeeks by in his marquee fight, gets overpaid up the ass with the networks & promoter losing a ton of money (which kills the sport btw), gets consensus #1 P4P nod, and STILL talks about being underappreciated and not getting any credit.

Great fighter, but good god does he whines like a little b1tch.
