What puzzles me most is how the WBO and IBF have Horn ranked #2? That is scandalous. These sanctioning bodies are garbage.

I understand Pac wanting to fight overseas so he can keep more of his money, but come November he needs to get a fight with Khan, or some other top welter who is willing to fight overseas or who can bring in some fan interest. Too bad Garcia and Broner ducked, could have been good fights.

Jeff "Horn" is an HOF guard for Utah Jazz and is now the current NBA coach for the NY Knicks.

I saw him fight Ali Funeka. Horn is far from world class, he's just a decent fighter. This is a horrible mis-match that nobody really wants to see.
