When Walters didn't make weight against Sosa..Loma didn't want to fight him.

Then moved up and fought him...only because he was off for a year.

      Typical Arum WBO level fighter

come on man...now ur desperate to discredit Loma's wins and skill. Layoff or not.. Walters gets dominated regardless. And anyone who knows boxing knows how highly regarded Russell was and is even now.

Loma was ready to fight Walters a year prior b4 They both moved up... But Walters priced himself out. Loma even offered up part of his cut.

The eye test counts only based off of competition. Anyone good guy can look good against a B or C fighter. For the eye test to have merit you need comp. Point blank.
Walters destroyed Vic and Donnaire, don't act like Walters was a C fighter and Froch a A + fighter.

You guys act like Froch was a P4P beast.

Ward won a 117-111 vs Froch.

Lomo made Walters quit, so I'm telling yes, I was more impressed by Lomo's performance.

How is that hard to understand unless you only want to dckride Dre and don't want to hear my point of view?

I definitely am one of the holdouts here. I refuse to hand him this imaginary title before he earns it.

Lomachenko offered Walters $300k of his own purse and Walters still refused.

Walters only had a layoff because he refused the fight first time around.

It gets more difficult to argue against it every fight.

I think he is the best fighter in the world. Not often you see that combination of athleticism, ring IQ and dedication in a fighter. Once or twice a generation maybe.

Needs an elite win before its a secure spot though. If someone was really solid on top of the list then i probably wouldnt put him on top. But no one has really taken it for their own since Floyd retired and Manny went on the slide.

Kovalev and Ward are his biggest rivals since Roman G lost. If one of them really puts a stamp on their rematch then they would have to be no.1
