It's not as a derogatory as some would like to think. It was the name of the slave overseer. They called him cracker because of the sound the whip made when he used it to whip the backs of the slaves in the fields.

Loma is the real deal no question but I think he needs to stay where he is. 135 maybe if there is a big money fight. But I'm not sure his power moves up with him as he gets to the higher weight classes.
