The best part of the video for me was when Berto was saying how observant Floyd was during the action & even when they are between rounds.

You don't usually got such a sense of honesty when a guy talks about his thoughts on an opponent. Its usually some weird ego driven bs or just him admitting defeat in as few words & with as less details as possible. Berto might try to get one of those PBC announcer position gigs. I like his ability to talk about boxing.
He does seem to have the skills needed to be a good announcer/analyst

        Wow, great interview.

The writer of this article put a completely different and inaccurate spin on what Berto said.

CVH is an extremely solid guy & is either just inside the world class level or just outside of it. He won 94 of his 97 amateur fights. He's lost 2 fights in his pro career. The first was a split decision loss in Serbia to a Serbian & the second was to the guy hyped as the next big thing in boxing, Errol Spence.

And no one who buys Mayweather vs McGregor is doing so for the boxing. This is an event fight that granted will likely be a historical disaster like the Ali vs Anoli "fight", but its for entertainment purposes only which many boxing fans seem to have a hard time digesting &/or understanding.
Well then Mr. "Soon to be extinct" Panda, the show is gonna suck... so the entertainment value is gonna be zero! As for Mr. Van Unkown, let me know when he beats a top guy. But until then...

In fairness most fights suck to casual boxing & sports fans so they always walk away disappointed hence boxing at its currently place in the US sports marketplace. So you got that part right.

But shame on you for dogging a guy like CVH who's like a top 30, top 50 guy in the world. That still an extremely respectful place to be in the boxing world. In particular when judged by a bunch of dummies on a internet forum who've probably never put the dedication this man put into boxing towards anything they've done in their lives & if they were top 50 in anything it'd be top 50 in f#cking doing nothing or complaining about other men who are doing something.

Would love to hear Maidana explain his fights with Floyd. Miguel Cotto to explain, Juan Manuel Marquez, Diego if he was still alive, and Castillo.

I think Oscar has too much of a disingenuous nature to explain thoroughly and that Ricky doesn't explain it enough
I remember Marquez talking about it. He said Floyd was the only guy he ever felt he definitely lost to and while his other fights/losses were close he said he just couldnt do anything in there agianst Floyd and he has no problem with losing that one because it wasn't close. The size, speed and reflexes and his ability to know what was coming and react was what he talked about. Was interesting.

You definitely got some issues brother & idek why you felt the desire to wanna match up resumes with random people on the internet which is just sorta weird. But regardless for whatever reason you feel the need to hype yourself as the 1,000,007th (idk just guessing) best musician in the world since you're on the festival circuit while dogging a boxer who's probably in the top 40, top 50 in the world.

Respect to your musical ability & to helping kids, but respect to RVH too who's a talented cat in boxing & shouldn't be sh^t on by people who respect the sport of boxing & one would assume should understand what it takes to get to the level he's gotten to.
