guys the top is weather titos power will be enough in middleweight divsion.. does anyone know for sure that tito fought cheriffi in middleweight cause his weight is not listed for that fight on boxrec.com..

Taylor & Hopkins couldn't KO Joppy.

Sturm Ko'd Cherifi after Holmes TKO'd him, & Tito brutalized him.

They softened Cherifi up for Sturm.

It was listed as a middleweight fight.
Cherifi is a middleweight.

I'm not sure what they both weighed at the weigh-in, or the night of the fight.

well cheriffi just had 3 super middle weight fights then fought a guy named paul sextius who is a light middle and tito just got KO'd at middle by B-hop so i have doubts it was a middle weight fight and tito KO cheriffi almsot 2 years ago before sturm KO'd him in 3

he only has 3 fights at middle joppy/hopkins/mayorga

1. Joppy is **** and has always been **** look at his record really he got anybody on it? maybe 1 or 2 just maybe

2. mayorga is a fellow blown up welterwieght himself in his first middleweight fight..


3. tito's only real middle weight fight.... he got owned


i dont think tito is really gonna last at middle with big guys like taylor or sturm or joe cal if he comes down.

Very true. Good points. When he got beat by Hopkins that was one of the worst technical schoolings I've ever seen. He got completely dominated.

Then name the good fighters KO'd by those two.....& then tell me how their victories show THEY have the punching power of true middles......which is what you seem to be saying Trinidad doesn't have.
