Smart move to call off the bet by Chavez Jr. Unless he kos Canelo, he isn't going to win. Nobody and I mean NOBODY gets a decision over boxing favorite son at this point in his career, even if they deserve the win.

Even though I think Chavez will lose it's ****** to bet your purse why would you leave your purse to incompetent or corrupt judging just look at The Kovalev , Ward decision or Madaina being robbed against Floyd or Castillo

I like and respect Hopkins but I can think of a few times he quit in the ring selling an injury.

First thing that came to me too. Love Hopkins, a certified ATG but he was a quitter on the sly. He even tried to quit against Smith by pretending to have hurt his ankle on the fall (even though it was a straight fall down) but he'd already lost

If you ever got him to admit he was faking against Allen, Dawson and Smith, I'd hazard a guess that he'd just say he was just being clever and smart.

Canelo was the one who waived the bet off out of respect for Chavez Sr.
(Sr. Was against it & Alvarez out of respect dropped the bet)

I mean, I respect BHop but let's not forget about the Hollywood stunt move he pulled vs Dawson simply because he didn't want none.

Oh I got beaten to it... Lol

BTW do you mean Joe Smith? If so, I have to disagree there. That was a nasty ass fall. I can't blame him on that one.
