I've got a bet on Petrov to win, i got 5/1 odds so had a bet on that. Not fully expecting to win but i had a decent win on a footy accumulator so put a bit of the winnings on that. Worth a go for those odds.

Also, they don't need to put Dubois in with any opponents like this. He doesn't need any kind of bum feeding. They can put him in at British level right now. I'd try to get Danny Williams or David Howe in there for him next.

Apparently Franks contract have a clause where they automatically extend by a year if they win a title.

Doesnt make much sense to me seeing as Warren has done pretty well by Liam and now has this BT Sport deal. At least see where it goes. Guys like Liam Smith would presumably be getting a big push to help create some names for Warren to put on BT.

He probably just misjudged the weight after a bit of a lay off. All Gallagher fighters cut a lot to squeeze down in weight

Interesting info if that is true, both about his potential move and the contract extensions. I can understand him wanting to join his brothers and get better pay days. Okay he got a big payday but that was purely because it was Canelo. Nothing to do with Frank betting him a good deal.

As you say though, he'd surely be a top 3 fighter to get a push under the new deal, already a reasonable name, etc, they need marquee fighters for big shows through the year.
