Probably Nelo... his recent run isn't earth shattering but Trout( good fighter), Lara( high risk/ low reward fight nobody wanted him too take), Cotto( he was lineal after all), Liam smith( easily weakest of the 4 champs but still a top 10). Just cause Oscar is making him duck GGG doesn't mean his past accomplishments go too ****.
