Who's the worse challenger, Liam Smith vs Canelo or Horn vs Pacquiao?

Per boxrec, both Liam Smith and Jeff Horn are the highest rated fighters from their own countries in their respective divisions. Both are rated 4 and a half stars (out of five) per boxrec. Smith is currently rated 11th in his division, Horn is rated 14th in his. Smith's best win Predrag Radosevic (30-1), Horn's is Randall Bailey (46-8) and Ali Funeka (39-5).

    Who's the worse/least deserving challenger?

By the way, do I need glasses or am I seeing correctly that Liam Smith's last fight was against an opponent with a 2-37 record??

There was some merit with fighting Smith, he was the WBO belt holder and at the very least he was ranked in the Ring's top 10 at 154.

Jeff Horn does not hold a title at 140-147 and he is not ranked in the top 10 in neither weight class.

So at least Smith had some things to promote him.

Pac vs Horn has nothing to promote it. Literally nothing. Horn is not a champion, he is not a top 10 ranked contender, and he is not popular.

I don't think this is even close tbh.

They're honestly both just as equally "bums" in terms of amount of skill. But Horne will beat PAC, Mark my words.

So I have to say the Smith is worse.

can't believe PAC is letting uncle bob con him into a fight like this. It's like Floyd defending against Srgey Rabchenko voluntarily but 100x worse, and PAC will lose (IMO)

Hang em up champ- or go out like a champ and let lomachenko victimize yo u

Yeah but Horn has the cooler nickname. Jeff "The Hornet" Horn. That has to count for something.

Plus when b-scene releases its "Horn is in beast mode" training camp articles then this fight will surely be legitimized
