Anyway Ward wins slightly clearer this time than last time I think. Although I don't think it'd be a shock if it was still a fight close enough it could go either way just like the first time. I just think Ward is the higher caliber boxer & adapted the first time better in the 2nd half of the fight so I expect that to be the course this 2nd match to start on or go in a similar way in the 2nd half once again.
damn why. had ward retired without this rematch he would've been crucified in the media for eternity. it's kinda like calzaghe never giving hopkins a rematch. the media gives him a pass but hes a b*tch in my book forever.

Bbbut 'I might consider retirement if you won't respect me' doe

Ward has given people enough reasons to doubt if he'd fight Kovalev again so stop acting like the accusations came out of the blue.

That said, thank God this fight is happening. Hopefully Kovalev beats him again and sends him into retirement.

Divas like him are everything what's wrong with boxing.

People always doubt SOG, he always proves them wrong, it's been a pattern repeated throughout his entire career.

Ward is what boxers should be, fearless, you look a few divisions down an a guy like lil g won't even give DJ a rematch.

I don't know Szef. NSB has a terrible habit of running with things that certain boxers say and take it completely out of proportion especially during negotiations for a fight.

A number of posters pointed out that Ward was looking to secure an HBO deal as part of the negotiation. Posters ignored that and went with the absolute worst possible negative crap they could come up with.

Ward doesn't have to just gove Kov whatever he wants to prove he wants to fight him.
