Eddie Hearn has even said the guy is learning spanish to endear himself to the main boxing fan demographic in America.

The guy is a marketing machine.

Lets just hope he can back it all up in the ring wear it counts

Wow, Joshua is learning to speak spanish. I didn't know that. That's awesome.

Wilder couldn't carry Joshua's jock strap. Fight will never happen. Wilder isn't wild enough to take that risk.

This is true. Wilder also fought at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY and Vegas when he beat Stiverne. I mean Joshua sells more tickets, but I know what you mean. I like them both so I'm good. They're both great for the sport, the Heavyweights and I hope they fight each other soon.

I consider myself a fan of Wilder. Even though I'm keenly aware of his limitations as a fighter. And I've also grown tired of his level of competition. I'm basically a "fan" of his because I live about 3hrs away from Birmingham. And I'm able to attend his fights regularly. And when you're a boxing fan in the Southeast US, there's very few opportunities to attend fights within a reasonable driving distance.

But the reality of Wilder's situation is that he has a very passionate fanbase that knows next to nothing about boxing. I'm not telling you what I think. I'm telling you what I know. The vast majority of his fans down there can't name another fighter not named Mayweather or Pacquiao. And an even bigger majority can't name another top heavyweight. So from a business standpoint. It very much makes sense for Wilder to milk that fanbase as long as he can.

Both Joshua & Wilder need to prove their mettle by fighting outside of their own comfort zones. "True champions travel"!..

This is still THE best fight in boxing imo. It is THE Heavyweight bout since Lewis vs Holyfield or Tyson vs Lewis. A great scrap for UK and stateside fans! Make Vegas great again!!!

Lol come on, Shaw. I was being facetious. I shouldn't have knocked the Holiday Inn. When I was a kid, we went to one with an indoor pool. That was like the Ritz to me haha.
