And Maidana definitely didn't get ruined. He got paid & said f#ck this getting hit in the head bs. And respect to him for that, I'd probably do the same if I was a pro boxer & hit the big fight lottery.

Boxing is a poormans game & I'm often surprised when guys get into 7 & 8 digit paydays they don't exit within a couple years or get soft & start phoning it in. Extra respect for guys like Floyd, Manny & Oscar & many others who despite fame + cash kept putting in elite caliber work for years in the ring while sleeping on silk in triple king sized beds.

      Fought Castillo BEFORE Floyd.

And looked pretty bad against Lazcano right after Floyd.

So bad he made a fight with feather fisted Paulie to set up the match with Pac.

            Tua ruined Ruiz
Toney ruined Nunn (Nunn was already getting in bad habits before Toney and accomplished some titles after Toney, but he was far away from the elite fighter he once was).
Trinidad ruined Reid (Reid had problems in his eyes since the 95' pan am games).
            Duran ruined Davey Moore
            Honeyghan ruined Curry
            Ali ruined the prime Foreman
Tito probably ruined Vargas, but Vargas faced too many good fighters at such a young age.
Forrest didn't ruin Mosley, but he changed something in him, similar to Rosario vs Camacho
Manny probably ruined Barrera and Morales, but they were in many wars before those fights against Pacquiao.
            Mayweather and Pacquiao ruined Hatton.
I wouldn't put tragic fights, but i will cheat by saying that Eubank and Benn were never the same fighters after the tragic fights they won.
Tarver ruined Jones and i don't give the weight issue as much importance as other people.
            Tyson ruined Spinks mentally.
            Garcia probably ruined Matthyse.
You forgot Buster Douglas ruined Mike Tyson, some will say the death of Cus and going to Don King who knows he was ruined before his legit Prime
