If they did offer $15 million, that would either mean that:

    (1) the buyer plans to lose money
    (2) if they can recuperate the value of the revenue, then it would prove that the land is worth more than the $15 million it cost to buy.

    Well does DLH:

    (1) want to lose money on purpose?
    (2) know he can recover the $15 million easily?

If he can recover $15 mil easily, then that would mean GGG brings enough intrigue in the fight and plays a big reason in why there's a high revenue value.
GGG should of took the $15,000,000 and NOT went FULL RTARD.

I meant as SOON as someone OFFERS you 7 TIMES what something you have is worth... TAKE IT! SIGN IT! Lock it UP!!!!

He could put ALL his weight on GGG throughout the fight and getting him BEYOND tired. I would pull out my ENTIRE 401K plan if GGG fought Ward...Unless it was a weight drain. And bet it ALL on Ward. Wouldn't even take a round. Just to WIN. And I would DOUBLE it.
Ward's been a very calculated guy throughout his career. Even though Hunter said he'd do it. I doubt Ward would go down to 168 for GGG if he physically couldn't do it without sacrificing too much of himself. He looked a division smaller than Kovalev in the ring when they fought. But I think that's because Kovalev is a huge light heavyweight. Because of the 25lb difference between the division limits, I'm not gonna say Kovalev is a cruiserweight. But I think he's quite a bit naturally bigger than most guys capable of getting down to 175lbs. So he's not a good measuring stick as to whether Ward is a natural super middleweight or light heavyweight at thus point in his career.

If Loeffler again turns down the offer that is his fault. GGG is demanding more money then he clearly is worth. His leverage only drops more if he double downs his first mistake and doesn't take the best offer now because Chavez is going to do amazing ppvs and blow GGG/Jacobs out the water. The offer today will be better then day the Chavez numbers come out.

K2 refusing to drop weight last year killed the fight. And now they pricing themselves out. They have no one to blame if the fight doesn't happen. Golden Boy ain't running a charity where they should just overpay and give in to the B side demands when he barely does 100k buys in the biggest fight of his career.
I agree but the fact that cantnelo is moving up to fight Chavez yet refused to move up to fight ggg for the lineal MW title shows it was a clear duck

Of course not. And just like I'm willing to bet $$$$ GGG won't fight a Super MW at full 168. No matter what they both say.

And all that talk about GGg KO'ing Kovalov in sparring is BS. Kovalov would put GGG in a COMA if his team didn't stop the fight. And If I was that COLD BLOODED dudes trainer... I would just play GGG laughing at him and saying he KHTFO every day. Bye-Bye GGG

Not really. GGG was willing to fight Froch and Chavez Jr at 168, but not Ward. Guys are willing to step outside of their comfort zone if the price is right. If Chavez Jr beats Canelo and say he won't fight below 175 again. I'm sure GGG would be willing to go to 175 for Jr. Froch is hinting at a comeback at 175. Sure GGG would do that too. But I guarantee you he wants no part of Ward or Kovalev at the same weight.

I've always suspected that GGG's style won't translate well against bigger guys. When GGG can't physically impose himself on a guy, he gets beatable in a hurry.

If GGG fights Z or DeGale bet EVERYTHING on them. BUT only if it's not the 164 GGG Special.

Or was it because he KNEW GGG wasn't worth 45%???

In case you can't READ or won't with GGG balls in your mouth....IT SAYS on ESPN!!!!

"The bid amount is split between the fighters, generally a 55-45 split in the case of a WBC title fight between a titleholder and interim titlist."
