One:, you know many champ win vacant belts. In fact, Canelo first title was won by dragging up Hatton to fight for a vacant belt. He won title two by fight a 154 fighter at MW weighing 15-20 pounds more. Cotto won the title after fighting a guy on crutches. And Canelo won his third title fighting guy who won a vacant belt fighting a British level competition.

Canelo will never fight a fighter as good as Jacobs who also outweighs him by 10-15 pounds. Even fight Zombie Chavez will be weak consider Chavez has done little in 5 years.

Two: no one forced a purse big. WBC had its rule but K2 long said they knew they were not forcing a split like that. Even De La Hoya admitted the negotiation never got that far.

Canelo knew since beating Cotto he had ggg as a mandatory. They asked for a voluntary defense, got it, cut off negotiations until after Khan. No one forced them to do that. They chose to cut them off and fight Khan. Then after Khan they used the 15 days as an excuse even after WBC offered extensions. At least Goldenboy admitted they never discussed weight.

You Canelo apologist will pretend their was a purse bid, but there wasn't. Golden Boy had no intention on fighting. K2 would of taken a 75/25 split at that time, they told others they were not asking for WBC's split.

And no one robbed Jacobs, don't be daft. I'm sure you think getting out landed in 9 rounds, landing mostly slap shots on the gloves, never hurting your opponent, getting hurt 4 times, knocked down once, and looking like you were just happy to survive is getting robbed, but be honest, you would have said they no matter what happened.

The first sentence says "They're doing it again". It should say "Canelo and Oscar are doing it again". There is only one side preventing this fight not "They're".
