Lol why do you make it sound like he was forced to take the fight? This was a win win situation for Canelo; earn millions, tons of exposure etc...

Moving between 154 and 155 is not exactly moving up and down in weight. For the most part he just picked on smaller guy his entire career.

Yeah, I'm sure people really wanted to watch him against Kirkland, Khan and Smith lol

GGG in a win win situation and first killed the fight last year because he refused to drop weight and is now killing the fight this year because he's pricing himself out. Canelo dropped weight and took less I think Floyd got a 90/10 split. You see the difference in making concessions to get a fight now and turning big fights down over weight and money like GGG continues to do.

His team talks like he's a A side and has A side demands but he doesn't have A side PPV buys.
I'll 2nd that right derrr Sir!!!!!! Agreed, GGG hasn't made any concession.

Please explain why GGG should have dropped to Caneloweight for the MW belt. Canelo is a middleweight, heck, he's bigger than GGG. I understand catchweights are needed here and there but this was not it. Good for GGG to not give into the Diva.

He was the champ at 154 and dropped to 152 and took a 10/90 split to land Floyd fight. He was the bigger draw but gave up money and first name billing and every other demand to make the cotto fight. He is going up to 164 something GGG still hasn't even done to make the chavez fight. GGG Mr 154 or 168 has killed the 2 biggest fights 1st ward at 168 and Canelo at 155. Now that 160 is on the table now he pricing himself out. Turned down a 15m offer. The fact that all the big names fans have demanded he fight over the last 5 years and he has still fought none of them is his and his handlers fault. Again he got ppv star like demands but can't actually sell any ppvs.

Kirkland, khan, smith are canelo's B side opponents on his resume and they still better the most of the top names on GGG resume. In addition to those guys canelo has fought cotto, floyd, chavez, trout, mosley, lara all by the age of 26. GGG 35 and you still making excuses for why he can't make a big fight. SMH

Ggg does not have to make concessions, his fans are happy with his resume so he can continue to feed them with the same for the remaining of his career..
Canelo didnt have to make concessions for floyd. But the kid wanted that fight...
