Honesty, I don't think Pacquiao or his team was eager for him to face any of the top WWs. I could see him another rematch with Marquez, Bradley, or Vargas. I don't know who this Horn guy so I don't have any interest in seeing the fight. The way Pacquiao is going he'll probably fight into his twilight and go the Roy Jones route.
