I really want to see Mikey Garcia vs Linares.

Hopefully Frank Warren doesn't ruin that by throwing around British money and enticing Linares to fight Flanagan instead.

I don't think that Frank Warren has deep enough pockets to outdraw the type of money that Garcia-Linares could draw in Las Vegas or California, and on Showtime (with the rights also shopped in the UK).

Champions League has an utterly massive fan reach, that's likely worth whatever amount of money BT had to lay out to lock down the rights (Not really a soccer guy myself, but my brothers watch, and they don't even bother with MLS).

BT is likely making less money off of the Champion's League rights than Sky did, but my guess is that they're using the rights to draw eyeballs to their channel, to have said eyeballs also check out the other BT programming.

Why would Hearn just hand over Crolla to Warren when he could make Crolla vs Campbell and have 100% control over the event? If Warren truly wants this fight and wants it on BT Sport, he has to dig deep in his pockets
