Not sure where you get that from, Marquez was never an easy fight for Pac, so to call it cherry picks gone wrong lacks any credibility. If it hadn't been for Bert Clements incompetence, Manny wins the first fight, and the rematch which would haven't warranted any additional fights.

LOL
He gets all the credit in the world for fighting cotto and that win put him into superstardom. But for you to mention margarito like he was supposed to pose a threat you don't/didn't following boxing. And to argue the Marquez 3&4 fights Further validates my point, but it figures because of you're heavy use of "lol" I would assume you're a teenage girl. So credit to you for knowing more about boxing than some of these men on the forum, but you don't know as much as you think. A little google would help you on your journey. I'm here if you have any questions

We all know Manny is gonna fight somebody who is under Top rank, probably Horn or Panomarev.

Marquez was older and fighting at a heavier weight. Manny has vastly approved. His movements and especially his right hand was considered by everyone to be too much for Marquez to handle at this stage of his career. This fight was suppose to be vindication for manny. Considered to be an easy win by boxing community and Vegas. People were shocked at how Manmy looked. After this fight people were saying manny was "exposed". You lack credibility for not knowing this

point is that they still want that 5th fight, when do you ever hear manny call out a fighter that he wants to fight? NEVER! except for marquez. he wants that 5th fight with the same guy that knocked him out and made him afraid of punchers.
I swear I would never get into a debate with a rabid Pacquiao fan. For the third time, "punching power" is just one of the things I cited in a list of attributes in the fighters Pacquiao and his team tend to avoid. He will gladly fight someone with one of these attributes but not all four. Incidentally, I don't blame him, but Roach needs to stop dropping these names when he knows it's not happening. Bringing up Marquez doesn't make your argument because he fought him four times and got KO'd once. I don't think the KO made him gun shy, it actually made him defensively responsible which is something he never attempted before.
