Because in America, Certain So Called Slick Fighters are allowed to Cheat

It's as simple as American slickster Andre Ward isn't a great boxer, he's great at cheating. He doesn't win by punching or
Really blocking a punch, he wins by grabbing arms, using his head as a weapons, throwing elbows, and has even tried to flip his opponent on his back. He should constantly lose points for the shiiit he does. The dirty azz moves by Ward are well chronicled online. Ward does the same inadvertent accidental dirty azz moves every fight. Yet the first guy that elbows him, holds his head or arms, and tackles him and tries to flip him over when they're hurt (ok, I know, Ward isn't hurting anyone without elbows with his feather first) would be raked through fire by the slickster crowd.

Those who deny Ward style is built on cheating just make fools of themselves, whatever. Let Golovkin elbow Ward in the face, get a warning and see how much is taken from Ward.

And as long as Ward stays in his home base, he can count on getting rounds in the medal obsessed United States. Here he can count on the benefit of doubt. He's never going to go to another country to fight a champ. The top American like Ward or Floyd never do.

SPENCE IS DOE! That's because he doesn't use the pathetic cheat moves, he boxes.

The day Ward gets into the ring with a ref that enforces the rules is the day he loses 10-2.

I hope if they rematch Kov blast Ward with one of those inadvertent elbows. I'd love to see social media blow up with cries of how that Kov cheated Ward.

I think that'd be a mistake on both sides. Kov and GGG were both hesitant in those fights, for different reasons I'm sure. Kov had to worry about Ward ducking under him and then launching his head into His chin. GGG had to worry about Jacobs power, especially since they knew Jacobs put on extra weight.

Jacobs couldn't hurt ggg. Not even as much damage as Brook. GGG in the rematch will likely close the gap on weight, maybe even force Jacobs to stay within a reasonable weight. They don't need him so won't need to give up so much, like rematch clause, 38 hours to add weight, fight in Jacobs city. And by the rematch we will know if Canelo is ducking GGG again and the pressure of losing those fights will be off.

I think ggg TKO's Jacobs next fight. He hurt him numerious times but failed to go for the kill. Failed to go to the body. GGG hurt him late in the fight, and Jacobs never hurt GGG at all.

And the next time they fight it will be in California.

It's not fighting on the inside people struggle with, it's Ward launching his head after ducking up under the waist. Ward headbutted Kesler a few times. He holds arms, etc. Ward's opponent get warning for doing half the crap he does all through the fight.

Which could be a reason Abel would say something like this OR he believes Ward would WIN again, it wasnt even a split decision, it was unanimous for a guy coming up in weight and fighting an undefeated power punching top 5 p4p champion.
I'm not sure a Ward win or loss benefits GGG. At least if I'm K2, I never agree to fight Ward in the USA where he gets favorable treatment across the board. And Ward certainly is never going to fight a champion out of the country.

I didn't see him say that. But if it was after the fight, people can watch fights again and see it more clearly. Especially if you seen it live.

Press row at ggg/Jacobs was garbage. Many of them changed the way they viewed the fight after watching it with better angles.

It's also why judging in boxing can be so dumb.

your opinion is as valid as mine, so ill just have to agree to disagree... to me ggg isnt getting any better neither is kova, and i see jacobs and ward making better adjustments but we will have to wait to find out... hopefully we get both rematches, they wont sell big but are good darn fights we need to see...

The way I feel I don't know what Ward can do differently. Kovalev can do some little changes like throw more downstairs (he has dropped plenty of guys with hard body blows), go for the kill (if they have a more fair ref who won't tolerate holding as much), whereas I just don't see what Ward can do besides not get dropped it's just hard for him to win 6 rounds.

Jacobs can let his hands go a little more and that could make it even closer. That said it may leave him more open. I think he has a better chance of changing things than Ward does.

ward needs to fight more in the inside early in the fight, continue to go on to kovas body since the opening, he diminished kovas power when he did that in the second half of the fight... you make good points on jacobs and ggg i agree...

Exactly. Its all back firing. They've been pigging backing fighters that have been failing to beat ''particular'' fighters they want to lose. You can sense the desperation of not having anyone else to piggy back on.
