Vasyl Lomachenko is the closest to it, but even then he is a mix of Manny Pacquiao and Mayweather, but one thing is, Manny has the better offense than Lomachenko and Floyd has the better defense than Lomachenko. One cannot sustain the same amount of offense Manny does with the same amount of defense Floyd does, and each of which has to be regulated in order to do both.
