Burns is a bad mfer with his docs. I look forward to seeing this even if we probably all have heard everything Ali related by now. This will likely become the definitive story of Ali when its all said or done. That said I think my favorite Ali related bio will always be AKA Cassius Clay. The first part of that with Cus Dmato is f#cking gold & there are few boxing related things that I can watch with so much enjoyment every single time I see it as much as that. I wanna see the outtakes from that interaction that surely has more gold never seen by fans.

I wish there was a lower budget boxing only version of Burns out there. Lotsa boxers got good stories that haven't been told in one place with a respectable level of quality put into them. I'd love to see the Jorge Paez Sr story or Diego Corrales story told in a Burns type way.

How many more movies do we need about this overrated fraud? There were so many great boxers who never got their story told on the big screen. I'd rather see an Archie Moore biopic or even something from some of the lesser known fighters with compelling stories. Then again, Hollywood usually gets it wrong anyway, often telling a one-sided story full of PC bias.

I make that reply for someone who put that thing too high on Ali resume IMO, huge respect for the champ, not really for the manipulators around him

I hope like hell those around him, from the enablers to the hangers on, don't get a cent out of this.
