A Golovkin/Saunders fight in Kazakhstan would draw most of its revenue from Kazakhstan and the UK, and be timed for their prime-time, which would mean about lunchtime Sat in the US.

So you would have a regular HBO fight Sat lunchtime, followed by the Mayweather PPV circus Sat night. How would that translate to less tv views ?

You have to wonder the sense in GGG getting in the ring in June after the battle he had on his hands with Jacobs. Maybe Saunders can sense that and smells blood in the water and wants to strike now, he made it clear he was waiting for GGG to turn 35 before taking the fight.
