I've never see a fanbase work so damn hard to shield their favorite fighter from any potential risk. I actually like GGG, a cool dude, but these garglers make it tough. remember there is a difference between a fan and a gargler.

a fan wants GGG to fight Lara, Charlo, Canelo, Jacobs rematch and Ward. a gargler says things like "but but but didn't Ward say a long time ago he can't make 168".

    you know who you are.

these mofos even justified GGG ducking 50 year old Hopkins who no doubt would've been his best win.

if he can drop to 154 for Floyd then he could've made 155 for Canelo. if he could make 168 for Froch then he could make 168 for Ward.

I mean don't you mofos want GGG to be great?

but seeing how much they cried over Jacobs being 10 lbs heavier it's clear their objective is to protect GGG of any challenge or threat. look at how much they hate Ward just because he wants to fight their hero.

Ward wouldn't go to 175 so he drained Dawson dry. KO waiting to happen

I don't call my self a fan "boy" but I am proud to be a fan of GGG. I won't lose a minute of sleep over the thought of GGG fighting Ward at 168. On the contrary I would love that fight to happen, the sooner the better. I think GGG would knock the overrated Ward out. Even if GGG lost it would be in a real fight in the real world. You Ward worshiping, GGG hating guys have Ward winning by 120 to 108 in your fantasy fight. That is why we have real fights to find out who really is the best in the ring not on the computer. Ward is taking 7 months to rematch Kovalev when he could have and should have rematched him within 4 months. Ward is not acting like a guy who thinks he will win the rematch. Kovalev is the confident one. Some Ward fans might lose sleep over Kovalev knocking him out and Ward retiring from boxing on a loss. Enjoy.

I don't know if Ward is a super middleweight. But he was certainly the smaller guy in the ring against Kovalev. I'm not saying Kovalev is a natural cruiserweight. But I think Kovalev could hold his own just fine in that division. So in that respect him being bigger than Ward doesn't mean Ward isn't a solid light heavyweight at this point.

Oh 160 that's right. His handlers aren't confident in him. That's all GBP has.

If Canelo loses to GGG, Saunders, Lemiuex then it's over.
****** dumb ****s like you keep believing that! First of all, Canelo would beat the **** out of g string! Second of all, when have you seen a boxer's career let alone a promoters career be over because of a loss??
IDK why ******s like you keep saying that... Lol
That shows me how ****** all you little g nuttriders really are?

HHAHAHA listen to Ward talk like he has options!

BYTHC - u got TWO options - retire, or rematch Kovalev. You signed a rematch clause.

Unless your daddy give you permission, you ain't fighting NOBODY except daddy.

                  BEFORE KOVALEV KICKED WARD'S ASS:

                  - 'Ward was a scaled down light heavyweight when he fought at 168. Size won't be an issue at 175. He walks around in the 190s, sometimes 200' - Virgil Hunter

                  - "I struggle to make 175 now" - Andre Ward

                  AFTER KOVALEV KICKED WARD'S ASS:

                  - 'He's not a light heavyweight. HBO forced him to a weight class he doesn't belong. He's still a super middleweight' - Virgil Hunter

BEFORE GGG STARTED TO AGE AND LOOK HUMAN VS BROOK AND JACOBS:

                  - 'Yeah we'll fight GGG, but only if we get two tuneups first in order to get ready to fight the smaller man. And we'll only make him an offer after he's already signed to fight Lemieux.' - Team Ward

                  - 'No we can't fight him now. That fight should have happened before Kovalev, but now I struggle to make 175, so the fight can't happen unless he comes up to light heavyweight.' - Team Ward

                  AFTER GGG LOOKS HUMAN:

                  - 'Oh yeah we'd definitely fight GGG. Going down to 168 is no problem!'

These guys are a ****ing joke man.

did you guys just shart your pants?

Hahah daddy Kovalev beat that ass once, and Ward gotta ask permission if he wants to fight anyone else aside from daddy once again.

Daddy might give him permission, doe. We'll see..

But here's the difference. Ward fans wanted Ward to move up and fight Kovalev the first time, knowing he could get KO'd. And they want him to rematch him, knowing he could get KO'd. I don't remember a single Ward fan coming on here saying Ward should hang around at 168 collecting belts, and hoping GGG will eventually come up and fight him. Similar to the way GGG want GGG to sit at 160 and belt collect, and hope Canelo eventually fights him. There was a big fight a division north. Ward fans wanted him to go up and take it. Because Ward's fans genuinely believe he's a great fighter. And win or lose against Kovalev, he's still a great fighter. GGG's fans want Gennady to take the path of least resistance to "greatness." The wanna watch him beat a bunch of guys that they know he's gonna beat. And then b1tch about nobody will fight him when his resume comes into question.
