He also said he tried to get the fight at 170 but was turned down. But yeah just forget that detail like all the other Ward fans as it doesn't fit your agenda

So f bbb side and his bs, his fault now he has to wait till king nelo is ready
OH my God! Really? Did you just post that crap!

Really! Did you actually see the fight or are you just talking dodo?

I love senior but he lost to De La Hoya! Never should have taken the fight!

Just like De La Hoya beat Mayweather...........Sorry fan boy Floyd JR lost! He then went into retirement to avoid the rematch!

And since I got fan boys attention what happened to Kostya Tszyu?

Kid Chavez (not Omar) stop running ur suck!

Yeah we all know it was your trainers fault starting with you uncles.

Chavez Jr.: "I trained myself under Freddie Roach, Joe Goossen".

Then Robert Garcia and now Nacho Beristain. The problem is not the teachers but the student.

IF JR had half his daddy's heart any of the above trainers would have been good enough!

As for GGG get past Canelo (and make weight).

Stop talking crap you had your chance at GGG in 2014 for some good money.

Now you want GGG at 168 whats up with that!

He's a middleweight and wants to unify the titles?

You are always trying to pick on smaller guys. Try fighting a legit Super Middle weight or move up to light Heavy!

He's like Led Zeppelin coming to town. You think you get to scream out requests and they'll play em? Think again. He's Canelo. He packs stacks of butts in seats, makes more money than 100 of you goofball whiners. Geez, you're like a broken record.

Newsflash friend: The majority of fighters are brought along carefully. At least the ones who have an eye on their career. I've watched boxing for decades, and can see some talent there. And BTW he's improved a lot over the years. If you want to talk about soft touches, look at any number of fighters in the top third of the sport. It happens. Within 2 years, we'll have seen Canelo vs some elites. And then what will you say? With some of you, the hate will likely never end.
being brought along slowly is 1 thing, being an established pro for 10 yrs, being world champion for 5 and saying to the world that you're the #1 fighter in the world is another. You can't call out a fighter after all that as Canelo did and then bail to fight lesser competition and not expect backlash.

Well if that's how you see it, what will you say when he starts beating the real elites? 'Oh, but he ducked GGG a couple years ago'. That's MY point. You dolts never STFU with the whining. Let it the fek go friend. It's boring b.s. to have to dredge thru comments like that.

no, what's boring bs is gullible fans who are content with watching their favorite fighters scam them by fighting inferior competition and taking their $ for shameful ppv fights in the process. Khan and beefy Smith had 0 chance of beating Canelo and pothead lazy Chavez's odds aren't much better. If you're OK with fighters taking on lesser competition and not making the best fights that can be made then that's on you. But don't complain that REAL fans get annoyed at the constant ducking and cherry picking.

He be KO'ing HW's in sparring doe!

Chavez is an easy fight, big money, big PPV. Ward is none of those things.

I would more than anything love to see Golovkin jump two categories and fight Ward if he miraculously gets past Kovalev in the rematch.
