Loving how ESPN has become the best boxing rating site on the planet since they made GGG #1.

You know someone is unbiased when they call ****, ****, no matter what.

ESPN listed Floyd as #1 in their top 25 fighters of the last 25 years and I still called the list ****, that's being unbiased. When it comes to boxing ESPN is unreliable, sorry.

We have fighters like Pavlik, Hatton, Mayweather, Dawson etc that were considered lineal after moving divisions. Saying it's standard to strip them isn't true. ******.

Andre Ward has been the no.1 by any unbiased poster since he beat Krusher, Krusher is no.2.

You're only as good as your last fight and GGG looked one dimensional last out, he's slipped the rankings down to sixth behind Crawford and Lomachenko.

In comparisdon to ward v kovasklev, GGG won comparatively easy against jacobs.
GGG deserves no1. Jacobs is a very good middleweight. The middleweight diviusion in general might be weak. But the top 3 are very talented ie GGG, Jacobs, bjs

On top of that, by most reasonable arguments, he is now the lineal champ. After Canelo won it from Cotto, he moved out of the division to fight for a belt at another weight. He is now fighting a second time outside of the middle weight division. Most boxing pundits will tell you that ends the lineal line.

So how is the new line reestablished? By the number 1 in a division fighting the number 2. Oh wait, that just happened.

At the end of the day we're all hoping that Canelo Golovkin gets made so that there is no dispute.
That's the way it works. It's just up to the mysterious bestower of the Lineal Title to wake up to the facts. Its going to take someone like Lampey or Kellerman to get the ball rolling by asking pointed questions.
