The two sides were in litigation for two years before parting ways. Since that long legal process, Garcia has been very reluctant to sign a new promotional agreement. thats good if he cant keep winning, but one lost and bam hes on the **** end. So if he betting on himself stay independent but if he wants a safety net than he will sign with someone.
