Assuming the big name eatern european fighters are not using melodium or some other drug as part of a gov't sponsored PED program, I don't think so.

Kov and Loma are extremely talented. GGG is highly skilled. Usyk, Bieterbiev and some others are as well.

Many Eastern european nations have fast growing boxing programs at a time when boxing gyms in the US are virtually non existent.

Frankly, I think alot of them have to work jobs to support their families even as amateurs. If those governments ever decided to provide financial support so they could just focus on boxing they'd be even better IMO.

Amateurs from that part of the world are just better..because of better coaching and programs. There are many greats that have never even turned pro. One time i checked on boxrec how many listed pros are from Kazakhstan. There was only like 60. Golovkin has paved the way for a lot of guys from his part of the world. Otherwise promoters wouldn't even be looking at them...finally more of these kids are turning pro.

In general, though, there is a lot of young talent in boxing right now from everywhere (except PR needs to get their act together).

Cubans and them doesn't have the same opportunities to turn pro, especially at younger age. In fact, Soviet and Cuban schools of boxing will always be producing great fighters, there's deep and rich boxing tradition in these countries and 2 competitive close fights can't change that. I know you hate russians with a passion, not sure about cubans, but you better be sure, there's no good intentions from our side either, you're the enemy
