There's also a loophole and shadiness with PPV Online by Ring Mag.com. they still charging $65 bucks for online!!

A broadcast stream quality is no less than about 50mbps. This very sketchy since Internet protocols today allow the user to switch the quality rate. Therefore, to compensate, online PPV should be limited to $12.99.

This way anyone from a tablet, phone, PC can start at 480p to 720p with a separate commentary team. This is why fans have been begging for streams. It's reliable, cheaper, safer. If HBO or Showtime feel insecure then the cable streams can offer broadcast 100mbps to 4K for the premium pricing.
