Rungvisai was walking through punches...like Margacheato.

    He was throwing combos...like Manny.

    He was slipping punches...like Cotto.

The dude took Choco to school and that's all there is to it.

Gonzales is a great fighter... But circumstances - cut, size, etc., - made him lose this fight. The oriental was just too big, relentless and Chocolatito looked small in comparison. At equal size, there would be no problem.

Obviously Floyd paid the judges so he wouldn't match his record!! At least Roman fights guys that have a chance... Just like Kellerman said, the fact that he was bleeding for 9 rounds gave the judges the impression he was getting his a** kicked the whole fight... Choclatito won that fight!!!

I'm sorry but I've never seen someone land OVER 50% of their punches and lose... Unless maybe other guy lands 60%

Rounds are awarded based on a subjective assessment of effective aggression (not punches landed, as in the amateurs), defense, and ring generalship. Chocolatito was effective in his aggression only in certain rounds (which he won) such as rounds 3,4,5,6, & 12/ the other rounds he landed punches that had no effects on Sor Rungvisai. Chocolatito fought his way back into the fight after the knockdown, and made it great fight. However, if you carefully score the fight round by round, Sor Rungvisai won about 7 rounds.

Exactly, I try to watch all the fights on BoxNation. They're much more professional and objective.

Rungvisai was a 14-1 underdog with a padded record. his two previous fights were against guys making their debut.

a so called pound for pound great doesn't have debatable fights with opponents like that.

                    period.

ranking Chocolatito above Ward was disrespectful. imagine Ward losing to Brand, under any circumstances. critics will torch him.

Chocolatito is an action fighter. fun to watch. a tiny Arturo Gatti. even when he wins he takes beatings.

entertaining yes. pound for pound #1.. never

But, but, but, but the media and the ring said that he was the #1.

He was the consensus number one.

He is four different division champ doe, like Broner and Santa Cruz(3 belts).

He was 46-0 doe fightin with great fighters like Edgar Sosa with 50 years old, Rocky Fuentes, McWilliams Arroyo, Yaegashi, Kantun, and a lot of great champs.

Super overrated fighter and very protected for the media and fans.
