Otto Wallin (17-0, 11 KOs) will get the chance to claim his first title when he makes his homecoming fight on April 22 against Italian Champion Gianluca Mandras (12-4, 5 KOs) for the WBA Continental Heavyweight Championship.

Hopefully Wallin steps it up after this fight, he's been taking on this caliber of fighter for the last 2 years now. He needs to at least start fighting guys like Gregory Tony and Ivica Bacurin who can give him competitive rounds. I'd like to see him take on someone like Rekowski or Saglam before the end of the year

These are good choices but I would also add Franz Rill, Gbenga Oloukun & Timur Stark to that list. He needs to step it up another notch for sure. Hell get him in there with Dimitrenko...

Rill and Stark actually came to mind for me as well, but honestly I'm not sure I'd feel real confident in Wallin in those fights at this point. Oluokun would be a solid choice. He's still very young for a HW so they don't have to rush him, but they can't let him just waste away against no-hopers. He won't progress at all by continuing to fight the Mandras' and and Zumbano Loves' of the world.
