Please just tell me from a business perspective

Why should someone who routinely pulls 3x the viewing figures

Pulls twice the gate revenue and crowd numbers

Who clearly has the larger paying fanbase

pay somebody any more than 15 million dollars with a slice of PPV revenue when that person has

Never had a purse over a third of that ( and didnt receive PPV)

Never filled out on arena on the back of his own name with all tickets full price

And you're not getting a dime of it or taking any punches in the ring for it so who gives a fuc what you say. Talking about another mans earnings. Like you're his accountant.

Yet canelo is only as rich as GGG. Latoya probably sucks out his cash. Tragic

This discussiuon should not be about money, but about honour and respect for the sport of boxing. GGG has 3 titles in the MW division, and will possibly have all 4 by the time Canelo is ready to fight him, which won't be until Set.

Meanwhile, Canelo is walking around calling himself the lineal MW champion of the world, and telling his fans he wants to fight GGG.

So Canelo, prove you're a man of honour, and show respect for your sport by agreeing to a fair split of the profit your fight with GGG would generate. And do it as soon as you finish business with Chavez .. no more stalling,

GGG will be 35 in a couple of weeks .. do you intend waiting till he's walking around with a zimmer frame?

Since when did their networth have anything to do with who commands a higher figure in the boxing sphere of things?

Next you'll be saying GGG deserves more because canelo is ginger and more people like GGG's color hair than gingers.

Id hoped you could answer me the question i asked using the scope id asked for, but you couldnt.. you just quoted figures that are dependant on a multitude of variables, none of which have to do with boxing lol.

It has nothing to do with commanding.it just shows that GGG ain't thirsty for money like many make him be. He's doing well and is in no hurry of making up the fight. Either canelo pays fair share since it's a win win situation or he doesn't. He certainly isn't doing GGG any favour with a low 15m offer. He has more money in it if he wants to cash in.

we'll agree to disagree on that. I dont think GGG is thirsty by any means, i think youre saying alot of people on here are saying that and they arent.. theyre saying that his resume, ppv figures, gates and previous purses dont command a figure above 3x the most he has ever received.

if he isnt desperate for money he should just accept what is by far and away the most he has ever been offered in his fight life.

he is in a hurry to be honest, he's 35 and if this is left another year or two then i cant see him performing aswell by any means.

I don't know why people think Golovkin cares how much money you think he should accept. If he goes on fighting everyone for 3 million dollars, good for him. Worry about your own money.

That's why if you have hate in your heart, you won't see trees from the forest or forest from trees. Your judgment will always be out of whack.

Very true. Canelo is not giving anyone any favors. He's not doing it for charity. He will get paid handsomely as well. So this flat fee offer is crap if the fight is worth 20 times as much.

canelo is without a doubt the "a side" in this fight. he's the most potentially lucrative fighter on the planet not named joshua.
