He didn't cheat....it was an ibf rule, but they were fighting for all other titles. If it was JUST the ibf belt, fine. What do you mean he came in a LHW? Don't act like giftlovekin doesn't come in at least 171-173. He weighed 169.6 Saturday morning...you dont think he picked up 3-5 lbs? Whiner

The Mexican is a bonifide prize fighter who doesn't give a **** about titles. All he wants are big fights with big money gates and PPV #'s. After his behavior in the last two years, I doubt he gives a **** about his own fans. Other than his next fight with JCC jr, who else is the next big fight for him???!!! He running out of options and might very well lose ground to GGG should he take a loss or a lack luster win. No, GGG needs to stick to his original plan and unify the MW division, and let the Canelo fight come to him. Canelo and GB both know GGG is their next real big money fight and the could very well **** it up if they aren't careful. I seriously doubt they will make the same money fighting any other MW's out there. Meanwhile, GGG can sit and let the contenders and " A level elite" fighters come to him for title defenses. Stay the course GGG. The money will be there. Besides, if B-Hop, RJ Jr, and other" passed their primers" can continue to fight at their ages, there is no reason GGG can't follow suit for the next 10 or 15 years as well. Longevity,....That's what scares the haters the most!!! LOL's
          You really contradict yourself alot.
Boxing is a business. Do you really think that at the end of the day boxers will pick a belt over a huge payday?? If they can get both then cool but Canelo is the money man in boxing right now. That's why you hear boxers from lower and higher weight divisions calling Canelo out. Cause it's a huge pay day for them fighting Canelo. Canelo doesn't need no belt to prove he's the biggest star in boxing. He doesn't need g string.
Canelo can fight anyone and earn 7-8 million in the process. That's hella good money. Which fighter out there is gonna bring g string more than 2 million?? So he needs to accept what's offered to him right now. I'm willing to bet that if he takes a loss then golden Boy promotions will offer him alot less than 15 million.

Jacobs deserves rematch however....bigger business first

I objectively feel Jacobs definitely won the fight however from a business stand point the rematch can wait. BJS/Canelo are much bigger business to be handled and if Jacobs wins his next several as well as GGG then the fight will be just that much more lucrative. Jacobs will continue to earn big paydays with his performance against GGG. So at the end of the day everyone will be better off in the end as long as they continue to win.

Team GEE better expect to get waaaaaaay lower pay now. Golden BP. Probably gonna drop their price to single digits considering Golo got his ass kicked for 2.5milli & now no longer has any luster left. When Canelo beats the chit out of GEE it will be an old, shot, Jacobs beatdown'd (BBC'd) version.

The triple g hook. Gone. Body work. Gone. Cutting off the ring. gone.
You don't know what defence is. You also don't understand boxing is scored round by round or what a consistent jab and a knockdown is. Befuddled and defenceless? Sort yourself out. Who landed the most overall shots? Who knocked the other guy down? Who finished the fight unmarked? Come to my gym and I'll show you what happens to guys with no defence in the ring. They don't come out looking like that.

Landed more shots, never hurt, knocked the other guy down, wins on all cards, press consensus as the winner, not a mark on him. And you think he lost? Fights him again no problem. Rights this wrong? What you smoking?

The most overall jabs! Who overall landed the most power punches? Jacob.
He was befuddled. And he was backed of by Jacob's blows and that's why he couldn't mount any offense but the jab. You must of forgot that he was getting backed off regularly. He settled for the jab cause he struggled everywhere else. He was genuinely confused.

Your clinging to this one knockdown determines the whole fight theory. Golovkin deserved the round for the knockdown but not the whole fight.
