Do you remember when this was a popular saying around here? I 'member. Dudes would love to say this when a particular fighter used his skill and technique to win fights. But now, a particular boxer uses actual boxing skill and tactics to win instead of just raw power, and now its not good enough. Somehow, this means a fighter was exposed. So why is using boxing skill and technique cool for some fighters to use as strategy, and not others?🤔
"This is boxing not knockouts"

Are people even complaining that he didn't knock him out? Gg fans say how he's an atg middleweight. If that was true he should have won much more clearly and not look so ordinary va Danny ***in Jacobs.
Still think Lemieux is better than Jacobs? -
NO! Don't blame others, blame yourselves and the people who put so much into Power and KO's!
HBO brainwashed people into thinking KO's is the End All Be All but last night neither Roman Gonzalez and GGG fight ending in KO so guess who end up looking like complete ***ING IDIOTS? The people who only want to talk about Power and KO'sComment

Why is it ok for some fighters to use tactics to win, and not ok for others?Comment

You're the one projecting as if the logic is 'no ko=bad'. It's not that he didn't get a ko, it's that he looked very average vs Jacobs who happens to be his best opponent to date.Comment

Answers the ***in question! Because HBO Brainwashed Clueless Casuals into thinking if a guy doesn't score KO's then he is not that good of a fighter and only dumb ***s believed that!Comment

So its hbos fault that guys here have a double standard that only select fighters can use boxing tactics instead of just relying on power? Nah. Fighters like Winky Wright were praised for not having to rely on power to win fights.
Golovkin chooses to box against a big puncher, like he did against Lemieux, and hes put down for it. I thought you guys liked chess matches?Comment
