Of course man. Styles make fights. I think Virgil had said it best, but the probably of that tumor rather small and dormant in Jacobs body before the Pirog fight may have had an affect. Aside from any of that, as we all know, even seasoned fighters when growing in their own division naturally gain more fat when rehydrating. Jacobs looked just as big in the Quillin and Mora bouts. That's probably his comfort standard, which is why the IBF situation was worth forfeiting.

Alvarez has one of the best jabs and fastest jabs all relating to range. THe dude over exerts and extends his jab at blazing speed, way faster than Golovkin or Jacobs. Golovkin has the eastern euro stiff power jab. Jacobs throws jabs in various styles. Alvarez, as I said, can turtle up and jab, or have his hands lowered and power up on a jab.

Alvarez is very underrated at NSB imo. The guy is really good

Alavarez has one of the best Jabs on the buisness and that could considerably bother Golovkin on the fight, an dwould probably held his own in a fire fight. But what he lacked is the "LEGS" that Jacobs has who used Lateral movement all the while popping that jab to discourage GGG. Alvarez on the other hand will be in front of GGG, and he won't be able to moved out of the way when GGG is going to hunt him down in the ring because he doesn't have the legs or lateral movement for it un like Jacobs.
