What next for GGG?

They should rematch for June. Winner gets the mega fight vs Canelo. Jacobs deserves it and Golovkin has some redeeming to do. It'd also show ***boy Ward how it should be done, despite no rematch in the contract.Comment

Apparently they have a deal with Saunders. We'll see what happens with that.
I am not at all convinced that he can hang at 168 going by last night. Jacobs' size was a huge problem for him. He fell short with the jab more often last night than he did in his entire career to date.Comment

I don't understand a move to 168 that gets discussed by ome. There is much less to do at 168 than at 160 even if he never gets to fight Canelo. Ramirez is maybe the best guy there & I don't see much upside in fighting him.
I think there is plenty left at 160. First off I think Canelo will happen, maybe next since Oscar might be feeling the most confident he ever has that Canelo can beat GGG & thats the biggest possible fight for GGG in any division (thus making moving up seem ******ed to me). BJS seems like he'll potentially be next. I think his rep has taken a hit, but he's still shown himself to be a top guy at 160. Eubank seems a W or two away from being a GGG opponent. There is rematch potential for Jacobs now that that fight turned out to be controversial. The Charlo brother that just moved up should be feeling good about his chances vs GGG now so I wouldn't be shocked to see him vs GGG later this year or early next year if Oscar doesn't let Canelo fight GGG.Comment

Gennady Golovkin was awarded a close decision victory over Daniel Jacobs on Saturday night at MSG, but did he deserve it?
not only people in this forum, even golovkin said he'll give jacobs rematch
well jacobs showed every1 how to nullify golovkin attack
degale could use his size and reach advantage
if golovkin looks worse than usual like today, it'd be long nightComment
