Wtf are we in some matrix **** with russian and american fighters

Boxing can need some high level analysis, and can be subjective. But wtf is this **** with Ward v kovalev robbery and now the alledged "close fight"/robbery" with golovkin jacobs.

Like kovalev, Golovkin outlanded, out jabbed, ring control, more effective punches and GOT A ****ING KNOCKDOWN and this fight is deemed close?

Like ward, jacobs or should i say american fighters, seemed to be given a pass by the judges and certain demographics to do **** all yet win rounds. Like wards ghost body work against kovalev, Jacobs did even less.

Put the fight up on youtube and tell me hiw jacobs even got close to getting near golvkin...

I scored the fight 114-113 for Ward

but I had Golovkin winning the fight.

I think the judges got it right both times.

Kovalev and Golovkin both lost to superior fighters. Just get over it.

I had Kovalev winning by a round, and Jacobs winning by 2.

Hardly what you would call a robbery, but in my opinion both fighters who deserved the W didn't get it.

I think a lot of it depends on which style of boxing you're used to watching.

I've noticed American crowds go berserk for excessive movement and chain combos regardless of effectiveness. GGG-Jacobs was an excellent example.

GGG landed roughly 3x as many jabs and more punches overall BUT Jacobs would respond to GGG's 1-2 with a 4-5 punch combination.

Out of those, maybe 1 punch would actually connect to its intended target. Crowd goes wild for Jacobs who then dances away, taunting. In reality: Exchange is scored in Golovkin's favor.

I need to rewatch the fight again but I think what happened is people are tired as hell of Golovkin's fruity ass ****sucking cheerleading **** riders and so they wanted to see jacobs beat his ass and they saw what they wanted to see.

Me personally I didn't see jacobs hardly land anything of note, even when he connected there wasn't much power behind it.

Jacobs just isn't that high class of a fighter.
