    i agree with this. kov won 8-4 9-3 with a knockdown. ggg won 6-6 7-5 with a knockdown and against a worse opponent.

      Agreed.

      As clearly as I think GGG won, Kovalev-Ward robbery was disgusting. That was as clear a victory as humanely possible.

        Unless there's a knockout or a 10-2 or 12-0 schooling, there really isn't a winner. A disagreement on 2-3 rounds can swing a fight. And with where the judges are sitting with obstructed views? There's no way they can score a fight with absolute accuracy.

        Kovalev, GGG and Jacobs will continue to get big paydays in this business and that should be their top priorities as they enter the final years of their fighting career.

        True even when both fighters isn't landing anything, somebody has to win the round
