What's better - lose like Kovalev or win like Golovkin?

    1) "Lose" like Kovalev, when you lose your belts, but most of the boxing media and fans score the fight for you

    2) "Win" like Golovkin, when you get outclassed and outboxed, but you still have your belts

    What would you choose?

Kovakev. He fought an HOF elite level fighter.

Golovkin fought a B level fighter.

Kov deserved the win more than GGG. I felt both won, but Kov was much clearer.

It's the same thing. Boxing scoring is bull**** and it's just for entertainment.

If you performed well enough to get another opportunity to make millions of dollars you succeeded.

Unless there's a knockout or a 10-2 or 12-0 schooling, there really isn't a winner. A disagreement on 2-3 rounds can swing a fight. And with where the judges are sitting with obstructed views? There's no way they can score a fight with absolute accuracy.

Kovalev, GGG and Jacobs will continue to get big paydays in this business and that should be their top priorities as they enter the final years of their fighting career.

Kovalev looks amazing, even though he narrowly lost. Golovkin looked mediocre, even though he got the nod.
I'm still a Kovalev fan. I used to like Golovkin for bringing the action. He couldn't even do THAT tonight.

Winning like GGG is better. I dont give a sht what anyone days at the end of the day Kovalev will always have that L on his record.

Gg won a close fight and he is still undefeated.

Do people consider Mayweather NOT undefeated because of the Castillo fight?
