I don't agree that he clearly won. He won a very close competitive fight, and seeing how subjective judges score fights he could easily have seen a draw or a split for Jacobs too.
Regards black americans and bias. My take on it is that many black Americans still are, and still feel, racially oppressed. They see the system as against them and think that black fighters don't get a fair shake of the dice >>> this is ludicrous really when you look back at the history of the sport and see all the great American champs. It will not change so you can engage with the bias or ignore it.
