Haven't seen but I bet most of the people that thought Ward won are now saying Jacobs got robbed.


Like Kovalev who deserved that win vs Ward, Jacobs should of gotten this win or at least a draw.

Close fight but I was expecting to hear " and new". Jacobs was excellent tonight and deserves a rematch. GGG was quite ponderous. Is his age catching up with him?

This is proof that chin triangle theories dont work. I've seen guys go the distance with harder punchers and stopped by lighter punchers. Even Rigo was hurt more by Merroquin than the harder hitting Donaire. The Pirog fight was nothing to bank Jacob's chin on. The other theory is the weigh in behavior. Jacobs chewing gum....so what? He just fought a great fight. Rigo wouldnt give eye contact to Donaire during their weigh in which meant nothing in the fight.

First post, GGG got me into boxing.... I thought Danny Jacobs won easily GGG is aged and done now, too bad all the duckers will make it so we will never know how good he ever was in the first place.

It was a close fight but not close enough for GGG to win it. The best GGG could've gotten was a draw but even that would've been a robbery IMHO. Jacobs got X'd out from the upcoming mega Alvarez vs GGG fight. This sucks
