Damn aren't we all glad that GGG is different, and thats why you hate him. GGG is not a piece of shit like Floyd.

He is exciting, he is entertaining, goes for the knockout, he is humble, he is likable and would never ever dare to hit a woman. In fact I bet if Floyd had some balls to fight him, then GGG would punish him and break his little body in two as a lesson.
smh..no response to this is even needed

You do realize I can make this thread about Floyd, Wilder, Spence, Crawford , and a multitude of other fighters and ask the same question, except the other way. Rightttttt?

The PBC consensus on here claim its a weak division, but praise 147. Thats beyond me. But whatever, let Golovkin do what all fighters should be doing - unifying the division, and being the best. Saunders for the undisputed title, for the history books, and Canelo for the money.

I don't understand peoples bias against him. But then again, I don't have a problem with HBO.
Anyone not arguing that Brook-Spence is a 50/50 fights is a fool; neither guy is walking through the other.

Who has Golovkin beat to talk of "clearing out the division"; he won the WBA interim belt, was handed the regular, was handed the Super, was handed the WBC, and won the IBF belt off of a guy making his first title defense (after winning the vacant belt under iffy circumstances).

147lbs is an utterly stacked weight class, "PBC consensus" or otherwise; Pacquiao, Thurman, Brook, Garcia, Bradley, and arguably Porter are all top 50 p4p fighters, with another solid handful of fighters just behind that group.

How many p4p fighters currently fight at 160lbs? Golovkin, Jacobs, and Quillin have all shown flashes, and Billy Joe Saunders is still unknown, but that's really about it. Golovkin has fought none of them.

Beat Saunders to unify, and then play King of the Hill; work through the mandatories and take voluntaries in between.

After a dirth, some real talent seems to be coming along; Jermall Charlo looks to be the goods and he's WBC #2, Derevyanchenko(10-0) looks good, Sulecki(23-0) seems to have ability, Hassan N'Dam is still that rugged warhorse, and you've got a good crop of young talent under that just starting to break through.

Yeah sure that's exactly why I also like Crawford, Andrade, Thurman, and even Wilder although he fights stiffs lol. Not everyone lives with hate inside them for people that don't share the same skin color as them like you pal.

Funny that the racists like you accuse everyone else of being the racists.

I guess you could and here's my answer for them... I wouldn't care for any version of Floyd above 130 because of his business first take on the sport and his boring(too me) style at 147. Spence is an unknown, why even mention him at this point.. Crawford is the real deal and wilder who I like would still be someone I would watch not for his ability but the way his fights end with excitement. So why do they hate GGG??

Welterweight is certainly not stacked. What welterweight has, that middleweight doesn't, is fighters with recognisable names, because its the division of Floyd and Manny. This doesn't translate into ability. Your top 50 p4p argument is absurd. Who on earth cares for a personal top 10 p4p list, never mind a top 50 one ?

Look at welterweight. You have Thurman, Brook and Pacquiao at the top. Pacquiao is cashing out, on the verge of retirement. Beneath, you have Garcia, Spence and Porter. That's your welterweight division. Bradley/Marquez are all but retired. You could make throw a Khan and Berto in there too if you felt that way obliged. The only great fighter there is Pacquiao. The rest have done nothing which justifies your mythical p4p status of middleweight fighters. How can you say these fighters are on a different level to a Saunders, to a Jacobs etc. I'd like to know.

Middleweight has Golovkin, Jacobs, Canelo, Lemiuex, Eubank, Saunders, N'jikam, and Charlo, with Khurtsidze, Derevyanchenko, Heiland, Stevens, Murata and Sulecki to add a lower dimension. People look at those names in comparison to Golovkin, which is a irrelevant contextualisation. Golovkin being so dominant has no bearing on the rest of them, because he's one of the best fighters in the sport today
