I wouldn't be surprised if lighter guys hurt heavyweights in gyms across the world at any level if not necessarily knocked them out. I am not sure how much the physiology of actually taking a punch changes and would be up for someone explaining it to me. The heavies have a solid base and and a thicker neck but that brain is still going to be accelerating and decelerating inside their skulls although the neck should absorb some of the shock.

I dropped a heavyweight once with a body shot, I'm around 66 to 68 kilos. Next thing I was doing was praying that he stays down . fortunately he stayed down.

A free shot then yes he'd knock them spark out. It's surprising how hard it is to land a full leverage shot on a good fighter. Most guys never manage to hit a guy truly full pelt even when they knock then out. When they do you get Herol Graham. The thing is can you set yourself long enough to knockout out a good heavy before he knocks you out?
